The equipment is equipped with Fanuc six-axis joint robots, combined with pneumatic floating spindles and optional mechanical control systems, which can adapt to the tiny tolerances of valve body surfaces. The roughing, semi-finishing, and mirror polishing processes are completed in one step, and the roughness of the finished product is stably controlled within Ra0.2μm, meeting the high standards of PVD and electroplating for exports in Europe and America. The two-position, four-position, and swing-type abrasive belt modules can be freely selected, suitable for different-sized workpieces ranging from small faucets to large valve bodies. The MC-12F is suitable for items up to 150mm in size, while the MC-25F covers large-sized castings of 300mm in size.
