The entire machine body is compact. The MC-12F has an external dimension of 3200×2300×2500mm, and the MC-25F has 3500×2300×2500mm. The occupied space is much smaller than that of split-type grinding equipment, suitable for the compact layout of small workshops. The entire machine can be transported by forklifts as a whole, without the need to disassemble the core components. Installation and commissioning can be completed within 3 days after arrival, significantly shortening the downtime for line renovation. The grinding station supports flexible configuration: the basic model with two stations is suitable for single-process rough polishing, the four-station model can simultaneously complete rough, medium, and fine processes, and the swing model with sanding belt modules is suitable for polishing in narrow cavities. Enterprises can choose the basic model based on current production capacity and directly install additional station modules for expansion without replacing the entire machine.
Electrical and pneumatic components have unified standardized interfaces. Components such as Yadeke, SMC pneumatic systems, and Siemens electrical control universal accessories can be easily purchased in the market. Equipment maintenance is simple, and the cost of component replacement is lower. The weight of the entire machine is controllable, and the ground only requires a 1-1.5t/m² load-bearing standard. Ordinary factories can be put into use without ground reinforcement. The modular design enables Mingcheng equipment to balance short-term production and long-term expansion needs, with lower initial investment and greater renovation flexibility, making it a cost-effective choice for small and medium-sized enterprises to upgrade their automated grinding lines.
