The Fanuc M series robots are cable-integrated small intelligent robots. They adopt a unique gear drive mechanism and a high-stiffness arm design. The repeatability positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm to ±0.02mm, the end load covers 7kg, 12kg, 25kg, 35kg, and the reach radius is 1831mm. They have fast movement speed and high trajectory accuracy, perfectly adapting to complex curved surfaces and high-precision polishing requirements.
The robot adopts a hollow arm design. The hollow structures of the J1, J4, and J6 axes facilitate the internal integration of cable pipelines, reducing external interference and lowering maintenance costs. It supports ROBOGUIDE offline teaching, planning motion trajectories in advance, significantly reducing on-site teaching time and improving debugging efficiency. At the same time, the robot is compatible with Fanuc’s built-in vision function and force control sensor, enabling 3D vision positioning, part recognition, and adaptive control of polishing force, solving problems such as part positioning deviation, uneven force distribution, over-polishing / under-polishing, etc.
