Recently, Zhejiang Mingcheng Robot Technology Co., Ltd. has launched the MC-12F series of robot polishing workstations, targeting small and medium-sized workpiece grinding and polishing scenarios. With a load capacity of 12kg, a compact layout, and stable performance, it has become the preferred solution for flexible grinding in the manufacturing industry.
The MC-12F series includes four models: MC-12F1, MC-12F2, MC-12F3, and MC-12F4. The rated voltage is 380V, the power is 8KW, the total weight is 3000-3500kg, the external dimensions are 3200×2300×2500mm (some models are 2500×2500×2700mm), and it is suitable for processing workpieces within 150×150×150mm. The equipment is equipped with a Fanuc 12kg six-axis joint robot as the standard configuration, featuring high repeatability, stable movement, and meeting the requirements for high-precision grinding.
The workstation adopts a closed safety protection design, equipped with safety doors, safety light barriers, emergency stop interlocks, and automatic power-off when opening, preventing dust leakage and safety accidents. The internal wiring is arranged in a concealed manner, and there is a visible window design, balancing safety, aesthetics, and maintenance convenience. Optional two-position or four-position belt sanding machines, 3D/2D vision positioning, mechanical control system, floating spindle, automatic tool changing device, etc. are available, suitable for multiple processing requirements such as rough polishing, fine polishing, and deburring.
The MC-12F series is highly integrated, easy to transport, and occupies a small area.
