The robot emergency stop switch is directly connected to the safety door hardware circuit, with rapid response and high reliability. The loading position can be selected with a safety light curtain, which can monitor the working area in real time. If a person enters the area by mistake, it will trigger a shutdown, avoiding personal injury. At the same time, the workstation is equipped with a wet explosion-proof dust collector, which efficiently collects grinding dust and has a dust removal efficiency of over 95%. The explosion-proof design is suitable for high-risk scenarios such as metal dust, improving the air quality in the workshop and ensuring the health of operators.
The operating environment of the equipment is strictly adapted to industrial scenarios, supporting a wide temperature range of 0-45℃, a ground load of 1-1.5t/m², and vibration values within 0.5G.
